Terms and Conditions CONSUMER DISCLOSURE:
- Dargal Interline Worldwide Company ( DARGAL Interline) is independently owned and operated, and
acts as an agent and intermediary for suppliers in selling services or in accepting reservations or
bookings for services which are not directly supplied by the agency. This agency therefore shall not
be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the
part of said suppliers, which result in loss, damage, delay, or injury to any guest.
- DARGAL Interline shall not be held responsible for any injuries, damages or losses caused to any
traveler in conjunction with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction
difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any
other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the control of DARGAL Interline.
- Payment for travel and/or by accepting tickets and/or embarking upon his/her travel constitutes
your agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices. By these terms the traveler also voluntarily
assumes all risks involved with such travel, whether expected or unexpected. The traveler is hereby
warned of such risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Your retention
of tickets, reservations, or bookings after receipt of this disclosure shall constitute to the above and
an agreement on your part to convey the contents to your travel companions or guests.
- Resort amenities, cruise itineraries, departure dates, and rates as quoted and advertised by Dargal
Interline are correct when provided to us by the suppliers, however, Dargal Interline cannot be held
responsible for any changes, cancellations, over bookings, strikes or any other causes made by, or
affecting the supplier with, or without notice.
CRUISES AND TOURS:
The suppliers require a minimum deposit of $125 per person to secure a reservation. The actual amount is
dependant upon the duration and the individual supplier terms and includes a $20 per person non refundable
administration fee which may appear as a separate charge. Full payment is due a minimum of 70 days prior
to departure and is determined by the individual supplier terms.
Cruise and Tour Change Fees:
Once a booking has been finalized and confirmed, any changes to that
booking will incur a Dargal administration fee of US$25. Changes include, but are not limited to, name
changes, addition of an additional guest and requested accommodation change. In addition, individual
travel suppliers may also assess a change fee.
Cruise and Tour Cancellations:
Penalties may be imposed by the supplier based on their terms and conditions. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING via mail, fax or e-mail. The date the cancellation
is received by DARGAL Interline shall determine the cancellation date. Refunds are processed by
the suppliers and may take 4 - 6 weeks. Fax to (250) 861-3283 or email info@dargal.com RESORT/HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
A deposit of at least $100 per person is required to make a reservation and includes a $30 per person
administration fee. Full payment is due no later than 30 days prior to check in date.
Resort/Hotel Changes or Cancellations:
Cancellations or changes to a confirmed reservation are subject to availability and any penalties that may
be imposed by the supplier based on their terms and conditions. Many of our resort and hotel suppliers
offer BUMP PROTECTION (see below). If you should cancel or otherwise make changes to your reservation, the
full amount paid, after supplier penalties are deducted, may be applied (as a Dargal Vacation Credit) in
full toward ANY future Dargal vacation requested within a full year of the original date of Travel. The
cost of the rebooked vacation may be greater and the new reservation may be subject to different supplier
terms and conditions and/or restrictions based on the individual supplier. A refund may be requested at
your discretion, at which time the amount of the Dargal Vacation Credit, less a $100 per person
Cancellation fee will be refunded to you. All requests for CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING
via mail, fax or e-mail and will be processes within 4 - 6 weeks. The date the cancellation is received by
DARGAL Interline shall determine the cancellation date.

This program provides that 'In the event you are bumped off your flight and cannot commence to travel
to your destination on the date of travel, you may reschedule, subject to the individual supplier
availability, at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE'. In order to receive the benefit of this protection, the
customer must adhere to the following Procedure if bumped.
If Bumped during Dargal Interline office hours (see below), please notify us immediately and Dargal
Interline will book new dates - If bumped while our office is closed, please call the Resort/Hotel directly and inform them that you are
bumped and will not be arriving that day.
- Call Dargal Interline as soon as it reopens (see hours below) and Dargal Interline will re-book the
client for another date.
- If the client does not show up at the Resort/Hotel without notification to either Dargal or the Resort/Hotel
within 24 hours of the original check in date as set forth above, a 100% cancellation penalty will be assessed.
Bump Protection is specific to the individual Resort/Hotel originally booked and is non transferable. All re-bookings
are subject to availability at the Resort/Hotel's discretion. Additional charges may apply if future dates selected are
for a period when higher rates are in effect.
PLEASE NOTE: Not every hotel offers Bump Protection in which case each resort's change/cancellation policies
will apply. Please ask your vacation planner to verify if the property you selected offers Bump Protection. This
option is not available for Cruises or Tours. INTERLINE RATE QUALIFICATION:
In order to qualify for interline rates; we require a current letter of employment on company letterhead and a photocopy
of the Interliner's airline/cruise line ID card. If you are a parent of the employee, we do require a letter from
your son/daughter's employer stating that you are the parent. If you are a retired employee, we do require a letter
on company letterhead stating your service length and that you are eligible for all discounts and/or a copy of your
ID card. If you are traveling on the friends and family rate - please have the Interliner send us their ID. Proof of
Interline Eligibility is required within 48 hours of final payment for all departures within 30 days and within
72 hours for all other bookings. Without proof of Interline Eligibility, Dargal Interline Worldwide reserves the
right to automatically adjust the rate to the applicable Retail Rate prior to sailing. If for any reason you
cannot provide us with your Interline ID and letter of employment within the above deadlines please contact
us at by phone at 1-800-690-3223 or via e-mail at customercare@dargal.com. Some Cruise Lines may require ID to
be submitted PRIOR to accepting payment. Your agent will advise you at the time of booking.
INTERLINER RESPONSIBILITY:
It is the responsibility of each Interliner to ensure that they and their traveling companion(s) conduct themselves
according to industry accepted rules of conduct for non-revenue travel. Do not, under any circumstances, discuss
your fare arrangements with your fellow passengers, local travel agent, or friends that are non-interline.
TRANSPORTATION
Unless the client specifically purchases transportation from Dargal Interline, transportation to and from the
client's destination is the sole responsibility of the client.
TRAVEL PROTECTION
It is strongly recommended that the traveler purchase trip cancellation or trip interruption insurance and
adequate medical coverage. See www.dargal.com/company/DargalPolicy.pdf to view the policy.
TRAVEL AND HEALTH DOCUMENTS
Passport and visa requirements as well as regulations regarding vaccination certificates and other health
equirements for the various embarkation ports may vary by destination, and change from time to time. It is
the sole responsibility of the guest to obtain, and have available when necessary, the appropriate travel
and health documents such as passports, certified birth certificate with government issued picture ID,
visas, vaccination certificates, etc. that are necessary for air travel, disembarkation at ports-of-call, and
re-entry into the country of origin. Guests who do not possess the proper documentation may be prevented
from boarding the flight or vessel without refund. If you do not hold a valid US or Canadian passport, check
with your local consulate for updated information regarding required travel documentation. For your
protection, we recommend that your passport expiration date not occur within six (6) months of the
voyage termination date.
TRAVELING WITH MINORS
Children and infants require proof of citizenship and date of birth. For destinations requiring a passport,
children must also have valid passport identification. Special notarized documentation is required for
unaccompanied minors, and also for children traveling without both parents. This can be confirmed with
your destination's Embassy or Consulate and with the carrier you are traveling with.
IMMUNIZATION:
If there are any concerns regarding health requirements, please contact your medical practitioner or the
Centers for Disease Control. The CDC may be reached by telephone at (404) 332 - 4559.

DARGAL INTERLINE WORLDWIDE COMPANY IS HEADQUARTERED IN KELOWNA, BC, CANADA. DARGAL INTERLINE ACTS AS
THE DISCLOSED AGENT FOR THE CARRIERS, HOTELS AND OTHER SUPPLIERS IN THE CHAIN OF TRAVEL PROVIDING TRAVEL
OR OTHER SERVICES FOR THE CUSTOMER, AND DOES NOT CONTROL SAID SUPPLIERS ON WHOSE BEHALF WE MARKET. DARGAL
INTERLINE AND IT'S AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACTS, ERRORS, OMISSIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES,
BREACHES OR NEGLIGENCE OF ANY SUCH SUPPLIERS OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER
DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING THEREFROM. DARGAL INTERLINE AND ITS AFFILIATES HAVE NO LIABILITY AND WILL
MAKE NO REFUND IN THE EVENT OF ANY DELAY, CANCELLATION, OVERBOOKING, STRIKE, FORCE MAJEURE OR OTHER CAUSES
BEYOND THEIR DIRECT CONTROL, AND THEY HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSE, OMISSIONS,
DELAYS, RE-ROUTING OR ACTS OF ANY GOVERNMENT OR AUTHORITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL DARGAL INTERLINE AND ITS
AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH
TRAVEL SERVICES PROVIDED BY DARGAL INTERLINE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR
OTHERWISE, SUCH AS BUT NOT LIMITED TO THEFT, LOSS, DELAY OR INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF ENJOYMENT, LOSS OF
PAY, UPSET, DISAPPOINTMENTS, DISTRESS, MECHANICAL BREAKDOWNS AND/OR MALFUNCTIONS, GOVERNMENT ACTIONS, STRIKES
LOCKOUTS, WAR, DECLARED OR UNDECLARED, TERRORISM, WEATHER, ACTS OF GOD, OR OTHER FACTORS, EVEN IF DARGAL
INTERLINE, AND/OR ITS AFFILIATES, HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS
DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE
LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. DARGAL INTERLINE HAS SOLELY RECEIVED A COMMISSION AND PERHAPS AN ADMINISTRATIVE
FEE FOR ANY CRUISE OR TOUR BOOKING, AND CUSTOMER AGREES AND UNDERSTANDS THAT ANY RECOVERY FROM DARGAL INTERLINE
IS LIMITED TO THE COMMISSIONS AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEES ACTUALLY RECEIVED BY DARGAL INTERLINE. REGARDING HOTEL
BOOKING(S), DARGAL INTERLINE ENTERS CONTRACTS WITH INDIVIDUAL PROPERTIES, AND RESELLS HOTEL SPACE TO CUSTOMERS. CUSTOMER
AGREES AND UNDERSTANDS THAT ANY RECOVERY FOR A HOTEL BOOKING FROM DARGAL INTERLINE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT
ACTUALLY RECEIVED BY DARGAL INTERLINE. PAYMENT FOR TRAVEL SERVICES CONSTITUTES YOUR CONSENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HEREIN. SAID TERMS CANNOT BE AMENDED WITHOUT THE AMENDMENT BEING IN WRITING AND SIGNED BY AN AUTHORIZED OFFICER
OF DARGAL INTERLINE. DARGAL INTERLINE AND ITS AFFILIATES, MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY OF THE
INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES CONTAINED ON ITS WEB SITE, BROCHURES, AND/OR OTHER TRAVEL OFFERINGS FOR ANY
PURPOSE, AND THE INCLUSION OR OFFERING FOR SALE OF ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES DOES NOT CONSTITUTE ANY ENDORSEMENT
OR RECOMMENDATION OF SUCH PRODUCTS OR SERVICES BY DARGAL INTERLINE, OR ITS AFFILIATES. ALL SUCH INFORMATION,
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. DARGAL INTERLINE AND ITS AFFILIATES

MISCELLANEOUS: Dargal Interlines' performance of this Agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process,
and nothing contained in this Agreement is in derogation of the right of Dargal Interline to comply with law
enforcement requests or requirements relating to customer's use of the Dargal Interline Web site and/or information
provided to or gathered by Dargal Interline with respect to such use. If any part of this Agreement is determined
to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers
and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded
by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and agreement
shall continue in effect. This Agreement (and any other terms and conditions referenced herein) constitutes the
entire agreement between the customer and Dargal Interline with respect to the sale travel services, and it
supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written,
between the customer and dargal interline with respect our sale of travel services. a printed version of this
Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative
proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as
other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and other
restrictions may apply. Dargal Interline reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under
which these terms and conditions are offered and customer agrees to accept and be bound by those terms, conditions,
and notices that are in effect at the time of customer's use of the travel services of dargal interline. Inquiries
