Ecstasy and Fantasy Dining Rooms (main dining rooms)
These two identical dining rooms serve four dinner seatings nightly, and they do it in fine fashion. Lobster, prime rib, and fresh seafood highlight the menu, along with more adventurous dishes introduced by Carnival’s new Michelin-starred chef, Georges Blanc. The wait staff is both professional and jovial—dinners are enlivened by their occasional song and dance routines.

Seaview Bar & Grill
The Seaview serves buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, and it has earned its status as a passenger favorite. Four buffet lines offer up soups, salads, and roasted meats, plus a wide variety of desserts. Outdoor dining is available on the neighboring Lido Deck.

Pizza Bar
This 24-hour pizza kitchen serves hot slices that draw a crowd; it’s located inside the Seaview Bar & Grill.

Café on the Way
Coffee drinks (with or without liquor), desserts, ice cream, and milk shakes are the highlights at this walkup bar on Sensation’s Boulevard

Room Service
Complimentary room service is available 24 hours a day; options include cold sandwiches, light snacks, and Continental breakfast.

When it comes to entertainment, Sensation has a bit of everything. From its many lively bars and show lounges to its peaceful library and sun decks, this ship leaves no one lacking for a spot to call their own. Sensation’s best stage shows happen in the spacious Fantasia Lounge, which offers two Vegas-style shows nightly and a smattering of other performers, including magicians, comedians, and adventurous passengers who dare to participate in the guest-participant talent show.

Shore Excursions:

Carnival offers a wide range of shore excursions, including walking tours, kayak trips, trolley rides, lobster bakes, pub crawls, and wine tasting. Book onboard via cabin TVs or at the shore excursion desk. No last-minute discounts are offered, but late-comers can often join a tour on the dock or swap a pre-booked trip for another one in the same port. A 25 percent fee is levied on any cancellations, and no refunds are offered on tours cancelled within 24 hours of port arrival.

Facilities include the 1,600-square-foot Camp Carnival Children’s World, a children’s play pool, and a video arcade on the Promenade Deck, and Club O2, which organizes dances, movies, and shore excursions for 15- to 17-year-olds.
