Lincoln and Washington Dining Rooms (main dining rooms)
These two dining rooms feature four set seating times each evening. Guests are seated with pre-determined tablemates at a mixture of tables and booths, where they dine on a rotating menu of prime rib, veal, and lobster, plus lighter Spa Carnival meals and vegetarian dishes.

Scarlett’s Club
Valor’s only specialty restaurant is perhaps the ship’s most decadent attraction. With soft lighting, plush furnishings, and walls of warm reds and pinks, the restaurant hearkens back to the days of its fictional namesake, Scarlett O’Hara. Atmosphere aside, the menu offers top-flight steaks, seafood, appetizers, and service, making Scarlett’s a favorite of nearly every guest. Dining fee: $25 per person.

Rosie’s
With its bold green-and-gold color scheme, this popular buffet-style restaurant is visually and gastronomically appealing. A full slate of breakfast options—including fruit, pastries, and an omelet station—is available daily, and lunches feature rotating themes. At night, Rosie’s transforms itself into the Seaview Bistro, which provides a casual alternative to the main dining rooms.

Fish and Chips, The Oriental, and the Deli
Located inside Rosie’s, these specialty kitchens turn out delectable creations during lunch hours only.

Pizzeria and The Grille
For the night owls and pizza lovers amongst Valor’s passengers, the Pizzeria is a veritable oasis: it’s open 24 hours a day, with slices and calzones at the ready around the clock. The Grille serves up classic American cuisine in fine fashion, including hamburgers, chicken burgers, hot dogs, and fries.

Togo Sushi
Open nightly from 5 PM to 8 PM, Togo serves salmon, tuna, and veggie rolls on the Promenade Deck.

Late-night buffets
Located behind Rosie’s, this ample buffet provides fruits, desserts, and assorted entrees to those looking for a midnight (or later) snack.

ENTERTAINMENT AND PUBLIC AREAS

Valor’s Promenade deck is the hub of shipboard activity. Here, you’ll find the ship’s “Heroes and Heroics” theme represented in the décor and design of the public spaces. The vessel’s many bars, clubs, lounges can be accessed from this level, and most passengers find themselves exploring the Promenade’s many attractions when not on shore excursions.

Bars, lounges, and casinos:

  • Ivanhoe Show Lounge: Three-story theatre is Valor’s main entertainment venue
  • Eagles Show Lounge: Hosts karaoke and other events
  • One Small Step Dance Club: Disco and pop dancing nightly
  • Lindy Hop Piano Bar
  • Bronx Sports Bar
  • Winston’s Cigar Bar
  • Shogun Club Casino
  • Paris Hot Jazz Club
  • Iliad Library
  • Jeanne’s Wine Bar

Swimming pools:

Valor has five swimming pools, the largest of which are:

  • Prometheus Pool: Located on the Lido Deck,
  • Argonaut Pool: Features a retractable roof for rain-or-shine enjoyment

Shows:

The three-story Ivanhoe Show Lounge features nightly entertainment, with one production show for each of the two formal nights during a week-long cruise. The Ivanhoe also hosts smaller-scale productions on every other night of the cruise. The Eagles Show Lounge is renowned for its Karaoke, and the ship also hosts bingo, trivia, pool games, “The Newlywed Game”, and art auctions, among other activities.

Shore Excursions:

Carnival offers a wide range of shore excursions, including walking tours, kayak trips, trolley rides, lobster bakes, pub crawls, and wine tasting. Book onboard via cabin TVs or at the shore excursion desk. No last-minute discounts are offered, but late-comers can often join a tour on the dock or swap a pre-booked trip for another one in the same port. A 25 percent fee is levied on any cancellations, and no refunds are offered on tours cancelled within 24 hours of port arrival.

Camp Carnival offers free activities for four separate age groups ranging from 2 to 14 years; these programs run from 9 AM until 10 PM daily.
