Active and Retired Airline Employees
AMA Waterways requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, AMA Waterways reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.
Who is eligible for interline rates

-Anyone sharing cabin with interliner Must present copy of an airline ID or letter confirming eligibility
Amazon Cruises and Tours requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, Amazon Cruises and Tours reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.
PRIMARY ELIGIBILITY
Airline Personnel
Any person who satisfies any of the following standards shall be deemed an Eligible Airline Employee provided that person can substantiate his or her employment by providing the acceptable forms of proof described in the identification section.
Airline Employee: To be an Eligible Airline Employee a person must be:
1. A current full-time employee of either a domestic or international commercial passenger airline
2. A current employee of Federal Express (FEDEX), Astar Air Cargo (formerly DHL Airways), Airborne Express or United Parcel Service (UPS)
Stateroom Eligibility
As long as one guest in the stateroom is described as primary eligible, the following would apply:
1. All other guests in the same stateroom would be eligible for the interline rate
2. (One) additional stateroom may be booked with guests in that stateroom being eligible for the interline rate
3. A (second) additional stateroom may be booked with guests being eligible for the interline rate only if one of the two additional staterooms is occupied by dependant children of the primary guest.
4. Maximum of three (3) cabins can be booked per primary guest, per sailing date only as described in #3 immediately above.
Examples of primary eligibility:
a) primary in cabin 1 + another cabin with anybody in it = 2 cabins
b) primary in cabin 1 + dependent children in 2nd cabin + parents of employee in 3rd cabin = 3 cabins
Examples of where three cabins are NOT eligible:
a) primary employee in cabin 1, spouse in cabin 2, dependent children in cabin 3
b) primary employee in cabin 1, anybody in cabin 2, dependent children in cabin 3
SECONDARY ELIGIBILITY
Guests qualified under Secondary Eligibility may cruise at interline rates even if unaccompanied by the Primary eligible guest. All guests in the same stateroom as the Secondary Eligible guest can travel at the interline rate. Guests qualified as Secondary Eligibility are as follows:
1. Spouse or Domestic Partner of currently employed Airline Employee
2. Parents of currently employed Airline Employee
3. Retired employee from a domestic or international commercial airline
4. (CRS) employees of Sabre, Worldspan, Galileo/Apollo, Travelport, or Amadeus
INELIGIBLE GUESTS
The following guests are NOT qualified to have their own stateroom at interline:
1. Amtrak employees
2. Cruise line employees
3. Tour company employees
4. Parents-In-Law
5. FAA, Air Traffic Controllers or other government employees
IDENTIFICATION
A Primary guest as described above must provide proof of eligibility in the form of a copy either mailed, faxed or emailed, of their current I.D. Badge from their respective airline company. This is the only form of accepted identification needed for the Airline Employee.
Retired pilot or employee must produce proof in the form of a copy, either mailed, faxed or emailed, company I.D. Badge or correspondence from a Human Resource Department of the company from which the employee or pilot retired
A Secondary guest as described above must provide both a copy either mailed, faxed or emailed of the Primary guest I.D. Badge and a letter on airline letterhead with Manager or Department Head signature and phone number
Guests may have to provide proof of identification at pier check-in along with proof of qualification for each occupant of the second stateroom (if any). Failure to produce authentic identification may result in the cruise fare reverting to full retail tariff at time of check in or boarding may be denied.
*NOTE: Past Passenger Le Club Voyage benefits are not available with Interline Fares
Canal & Company
Active airline employees of passenger and cargo carriers, spouse, dependent children, parents, parents-in-law, retirees and friends sharing accommodations – one friends & family cabin allowed when traveling with employee; 2 cabins total maximum. Also eligible:

Canal & Company requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, Canal & Company reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.
Primary Interline Eligibility for Interline Rate Program
Current Full Time Employees of:
- Passenger airlines - *Please Note: Employees of charter airlines and non-airline related subsidiary companies of the passenger airlines and Courier and Cargo company employees - are NOT eligible
- NACTA (National Air Traffic Controllers) - *Please Note: This does not include Canadian Air Traffic Controllers (NAVCAN) or those from any other country.
- FAA (Federal Aviation Administration)
- ALPA (Airline Pilot’s Association)
- IATA
- (CRS) employees of Sabre, Worldspan, Galileo/Apollo, Travelport or Amadeus
- Amtrak
- Cruise line employees (Carnival Cruise Lines employees are NOT Eligible)
Additional Stateroom Eligibility: As long as qualified Primary Interline employee occupies one stateroom the following would apply:
- Guests sharing the stateroom with the Primary Interline employee are eligible for the interline rate (CPGI).
- A Second stateroom may be booked at the interline rate (CPGI), as long as the stateroom is occupied by an eligible family member (see below for definition)
OR
- A Second stateroom may be booked at the Carnival Friends & Family Interline Rate (CPG3) rate - for passengers who are non-eligible family members/friends.
- A Third stateroom may be booked ONLY at the Carnival Friends & Family Interline Rate (CPG3)
Eligible Family Members

- Parent of Employee - *Note - PARENTS IN LAW ARE NOT ELIGIBLE
- Dependent children 21yrs old and younger
- Interline benefits cease with the death of the employee. Surviving spouses, or immediate family receive no interline benefits.
PLEASE NOTE: Eligible Family Members NOT traveling with the Primary Interline Employee are permitted to book ONE cabin per cruise departure, per family.
Retired Interline Employees
- Permitted to book ONE stateroom and RETIRED EMPLOYEE MUST TRAVEL to book interline rate (CPGI)
- Retirees do not qualify for the Carnival Friends & Family Interline Rate (CPG3) and are therefore not eligible to book any additional staterooms.
- Retired employees of non-existing (defunct) airlines do NOT qualify for the interline rate (CPGI)
Carnival requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking.
Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, Carnival reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.
For Bookings made outside 7 days of sailing: ID MUST be received within 72hrs of booking.
For Bookings made inside 7 days of sailing: ID MUST be received within 24hrs of booking.
Photo ID must be clearly legible and must show the branded company logo.
Primary Military Eligibility for Military Rate Program
Active Personnel - US Military Only.
- Spouses of active Military personnel called to active duty overseas will be eligible to book one cabin as long as the eligible spouse is occupying this cabin. The spouse must provide proof of eligibility by submitting a copy of the Military spouse card as well as a copy of the official orders and/or duties documentation
- US Reserve Personnel
- Active Cadets
- U.S Coast Guard Personnel
- Active member of the US National Guard
- Uniformed members of the USPHS (U.S Public Health Services)
- Retired US Military Personnel
- Retired member of the National Guard
- Veterans, defined as: Individuals who have actively served in the Military for at least two years or during a wartime period and have been honorably discharged
Military Personnel are permitted to book only ONE cabin at the Military Rate

MILITARY ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a military rate, an individual must be classified as one of the following:
1. Active personnel currently serving in the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, National Guard or Reserves or Canadian National Defense.
2. Retired from any of the divisions listed above. “Retired” is defined as A. enlisted personnel or officers with a minimum of 20 years of service B. Medically retired, or C. 100% disabled.
INELIGIBLE GUESTS
The following guests are NOT qualified to have their own stateroom at interline:
1. Amtrak employees
2. Cruise line employees
3. Tour company employees
4. Parents-In-Law

China Regal Cruises requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, China Regal Cruises reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.
Costa Cruise LinesFull time employees of:
- Passenger Airlines

Eligible immediate family members may only book ONE cabin if the employee is NOT traveling. Retired employees of existing airlines or defunct airlines may book ONE cabin and the retired employee must be traveling in this cabin.
Costa Cruises requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, Costa Cruises reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.

Cruise WestEmployees of an existing IATA or ARC appointed international, regional, commuter or cargo airline, Spouse, Parents, Dependent Children, Siblings, and Retirees.
Cruise West requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking.
Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, Cruise West reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.

Crystal requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, Crystal reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.
- Present-Active Airline Employees - Present-Active Pilots of Cargo Carriers
- Spouse or friends traveling in the same cabin as Present-Active Airline employee.
- Spouse of Present-Active Airline Employee when traveling independently of Present-Active Airline Employee.
- Dependent children traveling and sharing a cabin with Present-Active Airline Employee. - Retired Airline Employees and Retired Pilots of Cargo Carriers.
- Retired Airline Employees of Defunct Airlines.
- Parents of Present-Active Airline Employees.
- Parent’s In-laws of Present-Active Airline Employees.
Eligibility is limited to ONE cabin per interline ID.
Cunard does NOT allow for the splitting of cabins (one for the employee and one for the spouse). If both the employee and spouse are traveling they must share the same cabin.
A Letter of Interline Eligibility, from the Interliners’ respective Airlines’ Human Resource Department IS REQUIRED before Cunard will release cruise documents.
An Identification Badge will not be accepted in lieu of the Letter of Airline Eligibility.
Cunardl requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, Cunard reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.
Disney Cruise LineWalt Disney World
Disneyland
- An active employee of scheduled passenger airline only
- Retirees of scheduled passenger airlines only
- Two (2) rooms or staterooms per booking for eligible airline employee (active or retired)
- Airline employee MUST be a member of the traveling party
Employees of cargo or overnight freight airlines (FedEx, UPS, etc.), spouse, and parents of an airline employee traveling without the employee, and FAA employees are NOT eligible.
Airline employee may be required to show proper employee identification at the port of embarkation.
Disney Cruise Line requires proof of Interline Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of eligibility, Disney Cruise Line will automatically adjust the pricing to the current retail pricing.
AIRLINE & AFFILIATED STAFF OF:
- Current employees of passenger airlines.
- Retired employees of passenger airlines.
- Immediate family members (spouse, parents and parents in law, dependant children) of current / retired employees of passenger airlines travelling with the staff member.
INTERLINE EMPLOYEE MUST TRAVEL
- Friends sharing a cabin with current / retired employees of passenger airlines.
- Cargo airline employees.
AIRPORT & AFFILIATED EMPLOYERS OF:
- Air Traffic Controllers.
- Customs & immigrations.
- Ground maintenance.
- Airport Authorities, i.e. BAA.
- Airport handling.
- International Air Transport Association (IATA).
- Airfreight companies (IATA only). GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan).
Fred Olsen requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, Fred Olsen reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.
Interline Eligible Employee - Active and retired employees of IATA/ARC appointed international, regional, courier, & cargo airlines (including retirees of defunct airlines) or air traffic controllers.

Additional guests sharing the same stateroom with an eligible employee are extended the Interline rates.
ONE extra stateroom is permitted IF the number of immediate family members traveling with the eligible Interline employee exceeds the maximum number of guests allowable in the first stateroom OR if it is to be occupied by adult dependent children meeting the HAL minimum age requirements.
Eligible family members are approved for ONE cabin at the Interline rate when traveling without the employee.
All Interline Guests MUST show proof of Interline eligibility in the form of an Eligible Airline ID Card, Retirement ID Card, or Letter of Retirement, Employment or Parent Relationship on Employer Letterhead at Pier Check In. Failure to present proper Interline identification will result in DENIED BOARDING with NO REFUND
In addition, Holland America requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, Holland America reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure
HurtigrutenEligibility:
- Airline Employees (scheduled and cargo)
- Spouse
- Parents
- Parents-in-law

Hurtigruten requires proof of Interline eligibility. ID must be submitted immediately after confirmation. Without proof of eligibility, Hurtigruten will automatically adjust the pricing to the current retail pricing.
MSC Cruises
- Airline Employees, Spouses, Dependent children over 21,Parents and Parents-in-law and Retirees of an IATA/ARC appointed airline
- FAA & Air Traffic Controllers, Spouses and Retirees
- GDS Employees (Amadeus, Sabre, Revelex, etc.) and Spouses
- National Courier Services (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS), Spouses and Retirees
- Military, Spouses, Dependant Children over 21, Parents, Parents-in-law, Retirees
- Civil Service: (Police/Fire/Teachers/Postal/EMT etc.), Spouses, Retirees

NOTE: Non-airline friends and companions are eligible for the interline rate when sharing staterooms with an airline employee. (Unless otherwise stated)
MSC requires proof of interline eligibility. ID must be submitted immediately after confirmation. Without proof of eligibility, MSC will automatically adjust the pricing to the current retail pricing.

Spouses & Parents may travel independently of the employee
FAA is not eligible for interline.
The Interliner may book 1 additional cabin at Interline rate, based on availability as long as the Interliner is traveling.
Parents and Parents in Law of the employee may book 1 cabin at the Interline rate if the Interliner is NOT traveling. They may not have a separate cabin allotment if the Interliner is traveling.
Retirees may book 1 cabin at the Interline rate.
Norwegian Cruise Lines requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, Norwegian Cruise Lines reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.
Oceania- Active airline employees and their spouse, dependent children and parents
- Retired airline employees (including those retired from now-defunct airlines)
- Friends/companions sharing stateroom accommodations with active or retired airline employees.
- Employees of Cargo Carriers (e.g. FedEx), National Air Traffic Controller’s Association, National Pilots Association
If a qualified Interline Employee is traveling, they can bring friends along as well for the same interline price in a separate stateroom
Must be a new reservation booked inside of 90 days of sailing. Must be traveling with a qualified Interline employee. Cannot cancel and rebook an existing reservation to get the interline rate. All other Interline terms and conditions apply.
Oceania Cruises requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, Oceania Cruises reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure

Orion Expedition Cruises requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, Orion Expedition Cruises reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.

The Interline Program rates apply to members of the active/retired Interline community as listed above and apply to only 1 cabin per Eligible passenger, except that the Interline personnel traveling with a spouse and dependent children may request an addtional cabin which will be confirmed at Paul Gauguin Cruises sole discretion.
Paul Gauguin Cruises requires proof of Interline Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, Paul Gauguin Cruises reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.
Interline Eligibility - Employees of Commercial Passenger and Cargo Airlines

Friends are eligible when sharing a cabin with an eligible interline person.

Only one cabin per passenger, except that interline personnel traveling with a spouse and dependent children may request an additional stateroom that will be confirmed at Regent’s sole discretion.
Regent requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, Regent reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.
PRIMARY ELIGIBILITY Airline Personnel
Any person who satisfies any of the following standards shall be deemed an Eligible Airline Employee provided that person can substantiate his or her employment by providing the acceptable forms of proof described in the identification section.
Airline Employee: To be an Eligible Airline Employee a person must be:
1. A current full-time employee of either a domestic or international commercial passenger airline
2. A current employee of Federal Express (FEDEX), Astar Air Cargo (formerly DHL Airways), Airborne Express or United Parcel Service (UPS)
Stateroom Eligibility
As long as one guest in the stateroom is described as primary eligible, the following would apply:
1. All other guests in the same stateroom would be eligible for the interline rate
2. (One) additional stateroom may be booked with guests in that stateroom being eligible for the interline rate
3. A (second) additional stateroom may be booked with guests being eligible for the interline rate only if one of the two additional staterooms is occupied by dependant children of the primary guest.
4. Maximum of three (3) cabins can be booked per primary guest, per sailing date only as described in #3 immediately above.
Examples of primary eligibility:
a) primary in cabin 1 + another cabin with anybody in it = 2 cabins
b) primary in cabin 1 + dependent children in 2nd cabin + parents of employee in 3rd cabin = 3 cabins
Examples of where three cabins are NOT eligible:
a) primary employee in cabin 1, spouse in cabin 2, dependent children in cabin 3
b) primary employee in cabin 1, anybody in cabin 2, dependent children in cabin 3
SECONDARY ELIGIBILITY
Guests qualified under Secondary Eligibility may cruise at interline rates even if unaccompanied by the Primary eligible guest. All guests in the same stateroom as the Secondary Eligible guest can travel at the interline rate. Guests qualified as Secondary Eligibility are as follows:
1. Spouse or Domestic Partner of currently employed Airline Employee
2. Parents of currently employed Airline Employee
3. Retired employee from a domestic or international commercial airline
4. (CRS) employees of Sabre, Worldspan, Galileo/Apollo, Travelport, or Amadeus
MILITARY ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a military rate, an individual must be classified as one of the following:
1. Active personnel currently serving in the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, National Guard or Reserves or Canadian National Defense.
2. Retired from any of the divisions listed above. “Retired” is defined as A. enlisted personnel or officers with a minimum of 20 years of service B. Medically retired, or C. 100% disabled.
INELIGIBLE GUESTS
The following guests are NOT qualified to have their own stateroom at interline or military rates:
1. Amtrak employees
2. Cruise line employees
3. Tour company employees
4. Parents-In-Law
5. FAA, Air Traffic Controllers or other government employees
IDENTIFICATION
- A Primary guest as described above must provide proof of eligibility in the form of a copy either mailed, faxed or emailed, of their current I.D. Badge from their respective airline/company. This is the only form of accepted identification needed for the Airline Employee.
- Retired pilot or employee must produce proof in the form of a copy, either mailed, faxed or emailed, company I.D. Badge or correspondence from a Human Resource Department of the company from which the employee or pilot retired
- A Secondary guest as described above must provide both a copy either mailed, faxed or emailed of the Primary guest I.D. Badge and a letter on airline letterhead with Manager or Department Head signature and phone number
- Military Guests are to provide proper identification in the form of a WHITE or GREEN Identification Card provided for United States uniformed personnel. A WHITE N.D. 21 Identification card with a Red Canadian flag is required for Canadian National Defense personnel
Interline Guest may be required to provide proof of identification at pier check-in along with proof of qualification for each occupant of the second stateroom (if any). Failure to produce authentic identification may result in the cruise fare reverting to full retail tariff at time of check in or boarding may be denied.

- Present-Active Pilots of Cargo Carriers.
- Spouse or friends traveling in the same cabin as Present-Active Airline Employee.
- Spouse of Present-Active Airline Employee traveling independently of Present-Active Airline Employee.
- Dependent children traveling and sharing a cabin with Present-Active Airline Employee (There is no age limit for dependent children)
- Retired Airline Employees and Retired Pilots of Cargo Carriers.
- Retired Airline Employees of Defunct Airlines.
- Parents of Present-Active Airline Employees.
- Parent’s In-laws of Present-Active Airline Employees.
Eligibility is limited to one cabin per interline ID. Seabourn does NOT allow for the splitting of cabins. If both the employee and spouse are traveling they must share the same cabin.
EXCEPTION TO ABOVE RULE: If you have a family of four (4) traveling and there are no quad cabins available, you may request 2 cabins. Permission is at the sole discretion of the Cruise Line.
A Letter of Employment verification, from the Interliners’ respective Airlines’ Human Resource Department, IS REQUIRED before Seabourn will confirm the Interline reservation.
Bookings will be converted to regular retail rate without proof of Eligibility. An Identification Badge will not be accepted in lieu of the Letter of Employment verification.
- Active and Retired Airline employees
- Each airline employee, with proper airline identification is allowed one guest in their stateroom at the same rate.
A photocopy of the airline employee’s valid airline badge must accompany the Interline Rate Request Form.
SeaDream Yacht Club requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon booking. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, SeaDream Yacht Club reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.

Silversea requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility at the time of final payment of your booking. Interline rates will not be applicable to bookings where proof of eligibility has not been provided.
