AMA Waterways requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, AMA Waterways reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.
Who is eligible for interline rates
-Airline Employees and Spouses,(both passenger and cargo carriers)
-Parents and Parents-in-law
-Retirees
-Anyone sharing cabin with interliner Must present copy of an airline ID or letter confirming eligibility
Amazon Cruises and Tours requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, Amazon Cruises and Tours reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.
PRIMARY ELIGIBILITY
Airline Personnel
Any person who satisfies any of the following standards shall be deemed an Eligible Airline Employee provided that person can substantiate his or her employment by providing the acceptable forms of proof described in the identification section.
Airline Employee: To be an Eligible Airline Employee a person must be:
1. A current full-time employee of either a domestic or international commercial passenger airline
2. A current employee of Federal Express (FEDEX), Astar Air Cargo (formerly DHL Airways), Airborne Express or United Parcel Service (UPS)
Stateroom Eligibility
As long as one guest in the stateroom is described as primary eligible, the following would apply:
1. All other guests in the same stateroom would be eligible for the interline rate
2. (One) additional stateroom may be booked with guests in that stateroom being eligible for the interline rate
3. A (second) additional stateroom may be booked with guests being eligible for the interline rate only if one of the two additional staterooms is occupied by dependant children of the primary guest.
4. Maximum of three (3) cabins can be booked per primary guest, per sailing date only as described in #3 immediately above.
Examples of primary eligibility:
a) primary in cabin 1 + another cabin with anybody in it = 2 cabins
b) primary in cabin 1 + dependent children in 2nd cabin + parents of employee in 3rd cabin = 3 cabins
Examples of where three cabins are NOT eligible:
a) primary employee in cabin 1, spouse in cabin 2, dependent children in cabin 3
b) primary employee in cabin 1, anybody in cabin 2, dependent children in cabin 3
SECONDARY ELIGIBILITY
Guests qualified under Secondary Eligibility may cruise at interline rates even if unaccompanied by the Primary eligible guest. All guests in the same stateroom as the Secondary Eligible guest can travel at the interline rate. Guests qualified as Secondary Eligibility are as follows:
1. Spouse or Domestic Partner of currently employed Airline Employee
2. Parents of currently employed Airline Employee
3. Retired employee from a domestic or international commercial airline
4. (CRS) employees of Sabre, Worldspan, Galileo/Apollo, Travelport, or Amadeus
INELIGIBLE GUESTS
The following guests are NOT qualified to have their own stateroom at interline:
1. Amtrak employees
2. Cruise line employees
3. Tour company employees
4. Parents-In-Law
5. FAA, Air Traffic Controllers or other government employees
IDENTIFICATION
A Primary guest as described above must provide proof of eligibility in the form of a copy either mailed, faxed or emailed, of their current I.D. Badge from their respective airline company. This is the only form of accepted identification needed for the Airline Employee.
Retired pilot or employee must produce proof in the form of a copy, either mailed, faxed or emailed, company I.D. Badge or correspondence from a Human Resource Department of the company from which the employee or pilot retired
A Secondary guest as described above must provide both a copy either mailed, faxed or emailed of the Primary guest I.D. Badge and a letter on airline letterhead with Manager or Department Head signature and phone number
Guests may have to provide proof of identification at pier check-in along with proof of qualification for each occupant of the second stateroom (if any). Failure to produce authentic identification may result in the cruise fare reverting to full retail tariff at time of check in or boarding may be denied.
*NOTE: Past Passenger Le Club Voyage benefits are not available with Interline Fares

Active airline employees of passenger and cargo carriers, spouse, dependent children, parents, parents-in-law, retirees and friends sharing accommodations – one friends & family cabin allowed when traveling with employee; 2 cabins total maximum. Also eligible:

Canal & Company requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, Canal & Company reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.
Primary Interline Eligibility for Interline Rate Program
Current Full Time Employees of:
- Passenger airlines - *Please Note: Employees of charter airlines and non-airline related subsidiary companies of the passenger airlines and Courier and Cargo company employees - are NOT eligible
- NACTA (National Air Traffic Controllers) - *Please Note: This does not include Canadian Air Traffic Controllers (NAVCAN) or those from any other country.
- FAA (Federal Aviation Administration)
- ALPA (Airline Pilot’s Association)
- IATA
- (CRS) employees of Sabre, Worldspan, Galileo/Apollo, Travelport or Amadeus
- Amtrak
- Cruise line employees (Carnival Cruise Lines employees are NOT Eligible)
Additional Stateroom Eligibility: As long as qualified Primary Interline employee occupies one stateroom the following would apply:
- Guests sharing the stateroom with the Primary Interline employee are eligible for the interline rate (CPGI).
- A Second stateroom may be booked at the interline rate (CPGI), as long as the stateroom is occupied by an eligible family member (see below for definition)
OR
- A Second stateroom may be booked at the Carnival Friends & Family Interline Rate (CPG3) rate - for passengers who are non-eligible family members/friends.
- A Third stateroom may be booked ONLY at the Carnival Friends & Family Interline Rate (CPG3)
Eligible Family Members
- Spouse
- Parent of Employee - *Note - PARENTS IN LAW ARE NOT ELIGIBLE
- Dependent children 21yrs old and younger
- Interline benefits cease with the death of the employee. Surviving spouses, or immediate family receive no interline benefits.
PLEASE NOTE: Eligible Family Members NOT traveling with the Primary Interline Employee are permitted to book ONE cabin per cruise departure, per family.
Retired Interline Employees
- Permitted to book ONE stateroom and RETIRED EMPLOYEE MUST TRAVEL to book interline rate (CPGI)
- Retirees do not qualify for the Carnival Friends & Family Interline Rate (CPG3) and are therefore not eligible to book any additional staterooms.
- Retired employees of non-existing (defunct) airlines do NOT qualify for the interline rate (CPGI)
Carnival requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking.
Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, Carnival reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.
For Bookings made outside 7 days of sailing: ID MUST be received within 72hrs of booking.
For Bookings made inside 7 days of sailing: ID MUST be received within 24hrs of booking.
Photo ID must be clearly legible and must show the branded company logo.
Primary Military Eligibility for Military Rate Program
Active Personnel - US Military Only.
- Spouses of active Military personnel called to active duty overseas will be eligible to book one cabin as long as the eligible spouse is occupying this cabin. The spouse must provide proof of eligibility by submitting a copy of the Military spouse card as well as a copy of the official orders and/or duties documentation

- Active member of the US National Guard
- Uniformed members of the USPHS (U.S Public Health Services)
- Retired US Military Personnel

- Veterans, defined as: Individuals who have actively served in the Military for at least two years or during a wartime period and have been honorably discharged
Military Personnel are permitted to book only ONE cabin at the Military Rate
PRIMARY ELIGIBILITY
- Employees of IATA/ARC appointed airlines
- Employees of Federal Express, DHL Worldwide Express, Airbourne Express, and United Parcel Service
- Employees of cruise lines
- Spouse of Interline employee
- Parents of Interline employee (able to travel without employee)
- Retired employees of airlines currently in operation
- Retired employees of defunct airlines with access to current ID
- One additional stateroom, at Interline rate, per booking for friends and family traveling with the qualified Interline employee.
China Regal Cruises requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, China Regal Cruises reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.

Crystal requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, Crystal reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.

Fred Olsen requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, Fred Olsen reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.

MSC requires proof of interline eligibility. ID must be submitted immediately after confirmation. Without proof of eligibility, MSC will automatically adjust the pricing to the current retail pricing.

Orion Expedition Cruises requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, Orion Expedition Cruises reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.
Passengers eligible to travel on the Interline Program
- Active airline employees (Scheduled and Cargo)
- Spouses of active employees
- Dependent children of Interline personnel

The Interline Program rates apply to members of the active/retired Interline community as listed above and apply to only 1 cabin per Eligible passenger, except that the Interline personnel traveling with a spouse and dependent children may request an addtional cabin which will be confirmed at Paul Gauguin Cruises sole discretion.
Paul Gauguin Cruises requires proof of Interline Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, Paul Gauguin Cruises reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.

Regent requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, Regent reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.
PRIMARY ELIGIBILITY

- Spouse or friends traveling in the same cabin as Present-Active Airline Employee.
- Spouse of Present-Active Airline Employee traveling independently of Present-Active Airline Employee.
- Dependent children traveling and sharing a cabin with Present-Active Airline Employee (There is no age limit for dependent children)
- Retired Airline Employees and Retired Pilots of Cargo Carriers.
- Retired Airline Employees of Defunct Airlines.
- Parents of Present-Active Airline Employees.
- Parent’s In-laws of Present-Active Airline Employees.
Eligibility is limited to one cabin per interline ID. Seabourn does NOT allow for the splitting of cabins. If both the employee and spouse are traveling they must share the same cabin.
EXCEPTION TO ABOVE RULE: If you have a family of four (4) traveling and there are no quad cabins available, you may request 2 cabins. Permission is at the sole discretion of the Cruise Line.
A Letter of Employment verification, from the Interliners’ respective Airlines’ Human Resource Department, IS REQUIRED before Seabourn will confirm the Interline reservation.
Bookings will be converted to regular retail rate without proof of Eligibility. An Identification Badge will not be accepted in lieu of the Letter of Employment verification.

A photocopy of the airline employee’s valid airline badge must accompany the Interline Rate Request Form.
SeaDream Yacht Club requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon booking. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, SeaDream Yacht Club reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.
